-Penny Gross, the Mason District Supervisor on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, in her article, A Penny for Your Thoughts: News of Greater Falls Church, August 11, 2010.

While Penny Gross’ article discusses a litany of issues concerning the greater Fairfax County, Gross specifically references library services as a key component of Fairfax County’s success – for that, the Foundation is grateful! The Foundation believes that the special educational programs and services the Library offers allow individuals of all ages the ability to succeed as a member of Fairfax County.
